    Good afternoon:

I am a solo family physician working in North Plainfield. My patients are mostly in the under-served category. Mostly from central and south America. I am worried this pandemic might not be taken seriously since there is a language/cultural barrier. I am reading the guidelines from the CDC and informing patients to call ahead if they feel sick. Since phones have been very busy they just show up at the office.
Can any of you help me with their experience in the outpatient practice in how to set up a patient flow that is efficient during this pandemic?

    Thank you.

      Hi Dr. Birotte-Sanchez,

This is an excellent question. We will post it to our NJ Physician’s forum to stimulate the discussion.
