REGISTRATION

Register Today!

The education is designed to be implemented in family medicine residency programs, but it’s also appropriate for practicing physicians who need to refresh their knowledge about this complex disease.

  • To access the activities, you must register.
  • Once registered, you will receive a login and password.
  • You do not have to be a NJAFP member.
  • Registration is free for residency programs and individual physicians.

But I’m already registered with NJAFP…

This program is NOT part of the NJAFP CME Course Catalog or FamMed Forum, and that login/password will NOT work here. If you’re registered with the NJAFP CME Course Catalog or FamMed Forum, we suggest you register here using the same login.  You will receive an email with your new login credentials and we recommending changing your password to the same one used on the other site (make it easier to remember).

Residency programs:

We can batch register your residents, who will then receive a login and password at the email address you provide. In the welcome email, residents will be asked to complete all the personal and demographic information required by this program.

Our system features transcript reports so you can track resident progress and scores. Contact Emelyn at efalcon@njfap.org for more detail.

When you are ready to register your program, please direct each of your residents to this page so they may complete the registration process.

Physicians:

Click below to register yourself and receive a login and password. Our system tracks the activities you complete, and you can access/download/print your CME certificates at any time.

NOTE:  You MUST register using the 4-digit PIN code as directed in the form below in order for the system to recognize your work.
