This year, NJAFP's Annual Meeting is powered by Aventri.  Our meeting app will provide you the information you need to find your away around Annual Meeting on your mobile device or computer. Additionally, the app offers networking options to enable you to communicate with your fellow attendees, speakers and exhibitors.

• All attendees were emailed login instructions for the app as part of the "Know Before You Go" email. 
• If you have not already downloaded the Aventri app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please do so now using the QR code below.
• You may also log into the desktop app if you are using a computer.             
• Please bear in mind that this is a different meeting app than we have used in previous years.

SESSION EVALUATIONS: 

• Submit your session evaluations directly on the Aventri Meeting app.   Just click the "Session Evaluation" icon in the session page on Annual Meeting app (See session page image) 
• Session evaluations will not be available to you until the end of each presentation.  

CLAIMING CME and DOWNLOADING YOUR CERTIFICATE:

• Sunday, at the conclusion of the meeting, you will be able to log into the NJAFP Meetings website and complete the Overall Conference Evaluation and download your CME Certificate.
  • You must be logged into the NJAFP Annual Meeting CME System to access the Overall Conference Evaluation.
  • To log in, click the blue login button on the evaluation page and log in with the email address you used to register (all lower case) and the password NJAFP2025!  
• You must complete the entire evaluation and click off the sessions you attended in order for the NJAFP Annual Meeting CME System to award credit for your participation.
• When you complete the session evaluation, you will be redirected to the CONFIRM page to to download your certificate and your CME credits will be added to your record and transcript.   
• Please wait to be redirected to the CONFIRM before exiting the evaluation page. (It may take a few minutes)
