Nicole Henry-Dindial, MD is a Family Physician at Summit Health - Westfield Family Practice providing comprehensive, integrated care from newborn through geriatric. Before joining Summit Health in 2012, Dr. Henry-Dindial practiced with Paramount Medical Group/Westfield Family Practice and Millburn Family Practices and Co-founded Springfield Family Practice. In addition, she was on Faculty Staff of Overlook Family Medicine Residency Program in Summit.

Currently Attending Physician and Secretary in the Department of Family Medicine at Overlook Medical Center in Summit as well as member of the Medical Care Review Committee. Previous involvement in Quality Care Review and Pediatric Committee for VISTA Healthcare Systems IPA.

Throughout her career Dr. Henry-Dindial has been committed to the importance of Organized Medicine. She has been extensively involved in advocacy efforts through MSNJ, AMA and again recently with NJAFP GAC after first belonging from 1998-2000. A former President of the Union County Medical Society and Vice Speaker for MSNJ, Dr. Henry-Dindial currently serves as Secretary and Board of Trustees member for MSNJ and as an Alternate Delegate to the AMA.

Beyond clinical practice and advocacy through organized medicine, Dr. Henry-Dindial has had a lifelong commitment to teaching the next generation of doctors. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School in Newark providing education to 1st and 3rd year medical students. Before and after being on the Faculty at Overlook Family Medicine Residency, she remained as a volunteer Preceptor for over twenty years.

Currently directing her efforts toward healthcare disparities, Dr. Henry-Dindial is creating a mentorship program within Summit Health for medical and STEM students from traditionally underserved communities. Dr. Henry -Dindial has been featured in the Consumer Research Council of America "Top Family Doctors" listing and has received the NJ TOP DOCS designation since 2019.
