Salvatore Bernardo, MD is a family physician in Freehold NJ with over 26 years’ experience in practice.

He attended Rutgers University, Cook College for undergraduate and received his medical degree from UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School in 1993. He did his family medicine training at the Somerset Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program in Somerville. He currently works for US Acute Care Solutions as a hospitalist.

He has served on the NJAFP board since 2004, and is a past president of the academy
